This is a space where we slow things down and actually look at what has been repeating in your life so you can begin to understand it at the level where it’s being created. Because you cannot change what you are not aware of.
Each week, I’ll guide you through a focused theme.
We start with a brief framing so you understand what you’re looking at, then move into a contemplative process where you begin to recognize the pattern for yourself. From there, we open into discussion.
If you share, I will reflect and guide you so you can see more clearly what’s underneath. This is where we start dismantling things.
The identity that is outdated but still running the show, the roles you step into without thinking, and the internal rules your system has been following to maintain what feels familiar.

What keeps repeating in your life is not random. There are patterns that have been reinforced, identities that have been formed, and internal agreements your system has been honoring for a long time. That’s why you can want something different and still feel like something is pulling you back.
This space is where we begin to collapse that. Not by forcing change, but by bringing awareness to what has been quietly holding everything in place. Because once you see it, it starts to weaken.
You don’t need to force your way into the next phase of your life. You need to stop operating from the version of you that cannot go there.

Each session includes a short opening, guided contemplation, open discussion, and a simple practice to carry into your week.
