There comes a point when something inside you is already done, an old role, a way of coping, an identity that once kept you safe.

But the body hasn’t caught up yet.

You may notice this as:

  • overthinking decisions you already know the answer to
  • staying in patterns that no longer feel true
  • feeling “in between” without clarity on what’s next
  • a quiet fatigue from carrying what should have been put down already

This isn’t a failure of will.
It’s a nervous system still holding what once helped you survive.

What this session is

This is a live, small-group experience focused on release without urgency.

We’ll use guided hypnosis and nervous system regulation to help the body gently loosen its grip on outdated patterns, without forcing insight, decisions, or a new identity.

There is nothing to fix here.
There is nothing you need to perform.

You are welcome to arrive, listen, and simply be guided.
