You don’t need to fix anything here. You don’t need to be certain, healed, or clear. This is a space to pause long enough for your body to come out of pressure, without having to make a decision, explain yourself, or figure your life out.
March’s circle is for the moment after you already know something isn’t working anymore.
You’ve seen it. You’ve felt it. Maybe it’s a relationship, a job, a pattern, or a role you’ve been carrying for too long. The realization isn’t the hard part anymore, it’s what comes after that’s been weighing on you. The looping, second-guessing, the pressure to do something before you’re ready.
This circle gives you a place to stop bracing. To stop rehearsing the next move in your head. To let your nervous system catch up to what you already understand,without forcing clarity or action.
You can expect to leave feeling more settled, less rushed, and clearer about what not to do right now. Not because you were told what to change, but because your body had space to reset. Some people leave with relief. Some with perspective. Some just feeling less tight and less alone. That’s enough.
This isn’t about pushing forward. It’s about not moving from exhaustion.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CIRCLE?
• You arrive as you are. No sharing required. No pressure to explain yourself.
• We slow the body down first, so you’re not trying to process everything from your head.
• I offer simple, grounded guidance to help you orient to what you’re actually dealing with,not what you think you should be dealing with.
• We move into a short guided hypnosis focused on nervous system settling and release without forcing change.
• There’s optional reflection at the end, if you want to speak, listening is always enough.
• You leave with less internal pressure, more clarity about what can wait, and a steadier sense of yourself moving back into your life.
This circle meets on the first Monday of every month and follows the same steady structure each time, with a different focus depending on what many of us are carrying that month. We also use the Moon phases as a simple point of orientation, not to predict or influence anything, but to help name the kind of pressure, fatigue, or transition that tends to be present right now, so your body doesn’t have to carry it alone or make sense of it too quickly
