We are White Box and this group is for anyone who shares our passion for Software Development, possibly the greatest job in the world.
Since we keep benefitting ouselves greatly from other people's generosity in teaching the important concepts of our industry, we feel it is right to share in return our understanding, our experiences and what has worked for us in our constant attempts at self-improvement.
Some people think of talent. We instead think in terms of passion & willingness to learn. These are the raw materials from which successful careers in Software are built.
