Phishers of Men Scams Love or Lies?

Phishers of Men Scams Session 1: Love or Lies? Guarding Your Heart (catfishing, fake relationships, dating scams). Frances and John will be teaching Thursday, July 17, starting at 6 PM at Frances Farr’s house. We will pray and eat at 6:15 PM. Frances and John will serve air fried catfish fillets cajun seasoning with paprika, so please bring any appropriate snacks, appetizers, or individual sodas to share. Announcements will be at 7 PM. The teaching session begins at 7:15 PM and runs to 8:15 PM, where we will discuss how scammers build fake relationships, how to spot red flags like sudden money requests or over-the-top love stories, and how to apply biblical wisdom and common-sense safeguards before trusting someone online. Afterward, we will have strawberry mousse with strawberry compote and a Candy Hearts surprise. We will gather prayer requests and have open discussion from 8:15 to 8:45 PM. We will have a chance for whoever would like to share their experiences and we will all have a red flag that we can hold up when we spot a red flag. With final wrap-up by 9:30 PM.
