Ring in 2026 A Fun, Faith-Filled WIH New Year’s Celebration

Join us for the WIH New Year’s Celebration on Tuesday, December 31, beginning at 7:30 PM. Come enjoy good food, laughter, games, and a meaningful movie as we welcome the New Year together. We will pray and eat at 8 PM. Frances and John will be providing ham. Guests are invited to bring appetizers to share if they wish. Ideas include taquitos, mini quiches, poppers, chicken nuggets, fries, shrimp prepared any way you like, or other favorite finger foods. A Clock Cheesecake will be provided for dessert. After dinner, enjoy relaxed conversation or bring a game if you’d like to play. At 9 PM, we will watch Ordinary Angels (2024, 118 minutes), starring Hilary Swank. This inspiring film follows a struggling hairdresser who finds renewed purpose when she rallies an entire community to help a widowed father whose young daughter is critically ill and awaiting a liver transplant. We will provide festive hats, glasses, long-stem toasting glasses, and sparkling cider as we count down and toast the arrival of 2026 at midnight.
