Please let us know what you’re doing when you RSVP. First, dinner at 6:00 PM at Olive Garden (7815 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920 the Olive Garden at Chapel Hill Mall). Enjoy Unlimited Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks for $13.99—a relaxed Italian meal to kick off the evening. Second, the movie at 7:30 PM at AMC Chapel Hills 13 (1710 Briargate Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920). We’ll watch: I Was a Stranger (PG-13, 2024 Drama, 1h 37m, 71% on Rotten Tomatoes), a moving story of tragedy in Aleppo sparking a chain of events across five families in four countries. Bring $6.36 (exact change or round up $6 or $7 is fine) to buy your ticket—if attending dinner, pay by 7 PM; if only the movie, pay us at the theater at 7:20 PM. Unused tickets will be returned for credit. At 7:25 PM, moviegoers will drive around to the east side of Chapel Hill Mall, the old Kmart. This is a dry gathering—no alcohol.
