Celebrate 250 Years: An Old-Fashioned Evening at 14 Falls! It's it's Rich's house and he has a huge pond in his backyard that has 14 waterfalls!
An Evening of Nostalgia and Ice Cream. Join us for an old-fashioned 250th anniversary celebration! We are marking this historic milestone with a nostalgic, alcohol-free gathering on Saturday, July 18, 2026. This will be in place of our dinner and a movie. Please enjoy dinner before arriving, as this is not a meal event.

6:16 PM | or later arrival & Social: Please arrive at our home after dinner.
6:45 PM Approximately | The “14 Falls” Scavenger Hunt: Rich Gibson will facilitate a hunt for animals and sights around the pond in his backyard. You may pair up or go solo. (Rich calls them "14 Falls"; they begin above the tree shown in the photo.)
7:30 PM Approximately | Birthday Songs: Ally Krebill (19th) and Jim Tiedemann (15th).
7:45 PM Approximately | Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Social: Our host will serve as the soda jerk; feel free to bring your favorite topping to share!
8:23 PM | Sunset
8:30 PM Approximately | Name That Oldies Tune: Test your knowledge with vintage piano tracks.
8:45 PM Approximately | The Light Show: We will walk to 14 Falls to view the Kissing Camels and the illuminated falls after dark. You can actually see most of the light show from inside but it will be cooler and better outside.
9:30 PM | Event concludes. Gather what you brought. FYI This will be in place of our normal Sunday dinner and a movie.
Important Notes
Attire: Please wear visible, comfortable, old-fashioned clothing.
