2:00 PM | Arrival & Setup: Drop off potluck dishes, salads, appetizers, or side items on the main round table, and place individual sparkling drinks inside the ice chest.
2:15 PM | Prayer & Snacks: Gather for fellowship and pre-game appetizers. Frances and John will provide Doritos, dips, a cheese ball with nuts, pretzels, and corn tortilla bowls. Recommended guest items include carrots, celery, charcuterie boards, fruit plates, guacamole, chips with spinach dip, deviled eggs, and meatballs in a crockpot.
2:25 PM | Kickoff & Game Screening: Watch the CBS (on Paramount+) broadcast of the Denver Broncos vs. Kansas City Chiefs on the big screen in your best Broncos or Kansas City Chiefs attire! Special Broncos under-eye face black stickers will be awarded to the best-dressed guests.
3:35 PM | Halftime Break: Take a 12 to 15-minute break to stretch, socialize, and discuss first-half plays.
5:55 PM | Game Wrap-Up: Watch the final plays and celebrate the matchup. Guests will begin arriving for dinner and a movie.
6:15 PM | Prayer, Dinner & Movie Transition: Gather in the kitchen as John and Frances serve Sweet chili salmon bites dinner. Bring a side dish or salad to share as we pray for the evening meal (1 Timothy 4:4-5) before transitioning into our normal Sunday dinner and movie feature.
Logistics & Guest Requirements
Driving & Parking: Guests must text for the address and gate code before arrival. Street and driveway parking are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rules & Requirements: Guests must be present to win best-dressed attire gifts. This is strictly a dry gathering (no alcohol permitted).
