What we're about

Women in Agile Columbus is a community based on the belief that diversity empowers the agile professional community.

Every month, we gather to share and support women who are building their understanding and reputation in the Agile community. Our purpose is to provide a forum for thoughtful, intentional, and open discussion and empowerment for women in Agile.

We believe that magic moments occur by just bringing people together and giving them a place to see themselves and be themselves. This is a group rooted in trust, openness, courage, respect, and empathy.

We invite all people of all genders to be a part of the community.

During this difficult time around the world, we've created this virtual team space (https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/e/2PACX-1vQoLDmis36iEWh9mMNEWPr-4GoTHkK12NvnFLyoVwkhbeWnhFJtzaJgWYhcWmOffvgdjWlcK2nvkP5H/pub?start=false&loop=false&delayms=3000&slide=id.p) to put all the tools we use together in one place.

We are part of the Women in Agile non-profit organization which is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) that helps organize and champion these efforts worldwide. View a list of current groups here: https://womeninagile.org/local/

We ask all participants to please review and sign the Women in Agile Code of Conduct: https://womeninagile.org/conduct/
