Green Witch Class 6- Health & Healing w Plant Medicine

We will be learning about Fire Cider and adaptogens and how to partner with the green world for healing. Learn about tinctures, medicine making and energy healing. We will create a fire cider and a Tumeric Latte. Connection to the witch body. It is important that we care for our middle world self, as an act of love for the whole being that we are.

When our middle world body is in tune, the other subtle bodies become stronger, and our magic potent.

As we head into winter, and into the sleepy time, we want to care for our immune system and nourish ourselves.
