This one's for the AI superusers: the folks already building with these tools and pushing on what they can actually do. Two topics, three presenters.
Two questions run underneath the whole session: what's genuinely worth building with AI? And once you're building, how do you keep people and their agents working from the same page?

First up: Planning a New AI Product: Deciding What Not to Build, What to Build, and How to Build It Well
With AI, you can build almost anything now. The hard part isn't the building; it's deciding what's worth building, and not falling into the trap of building just to build. Tanner Norris has been working out a framework for exactly that and putting it to use at INTRUST: telling the red herrings from the ideas that actually drive value, and keeping AI pointed at the long-term vision instead of wandering off. He'll walk us through it in about 15 minutes.

Then: Building Shareable Knowledge Management Systems for Context-Informed Collaboration Between Humans and Their Agents
The more of our work runs through AI agents, the more everything comes down to context. An agent only knows what it can reach. Rob Dickson (Wichita Public Schools) and Nic Wentling (Moonbase Labs) get into building knowledge systems that people and their agents share, so the context is common ground instead of something you re-explain every single time.

As always, the presentations are just the kickoff. The best part is the Q&A and the conversation that follows. If you haven't sat in on one of our discussions yet, you're missing out!
