San Diego Wiknic 2021

A gathering before a bonfire on the shores of Vacation Isle, in the middle of Mission Bay, on a Saturday 15 days before the Summers Solstice.

Hosted by San Diego Wikimedians User Group ( https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/San_Diego_Wikimedians_User_Group ), the goal of this event is to have an in person social meetup, while maintaining social distancing and abiding with precautions required by the San Diego County Public Health Order ( https://www.sandiegocounty.gov/content/sdc/hhsa/programs/phs/community_epidemiology/dc/2019-nCoV/health-order.html )(which includes usage of a face covering ( https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/Pages/COVID-19/guidance-for-face-coverings.aspx)). Please abide by City of San Diego temporary protocols for parks and beaches ( https://www.sandiego.gov/sites/default/files/parks-passive-use-notice.pdf ). Attendees are encouraged to bring their own food and beverages for themselves to consume.
Everyone is invited, especially those who are interested in the future, or have in the past, made use of or contributed content to Wikipedia, or any of the other projects which are hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation.
