Yoga in the park is a spring and summer yoga series that runs from May till September, located in Hagaparken. Relax and wind down after class or work, and enjoy the Swedish summer outside. Join certified yoga instructor, Dana Trompet, every Tuesday evening for an all-levels outdoor vinyasa yoga class.

Cost: Pay-what-you-can (suggested 80 - 200 kr).
What to bring: a yoga mat, or a large beach towel that could serve as a yoga mat, a water bottle, and bug spray. Dress in layers, wear comfortable clothes and bring a sweater in case of lower temperatures. In case of sunny weather bring sunscreen. Check forecast and be prepared in case of light rain. Props are optional (blocks & yoga strap).

Arrive 5-10 minutes in advance to set yourself up, and to confirm registration. Payment can be done via swish or PayPal before or after class
