Expect a introduction to the New Moon Cycle theme (New Moon in Aquarius: air sign), a guided visualisation, journaling, optional sharing, intention setting, and connection with both yourself and others.
A sacred space prepared by myself with love to enhance our connection with the Wild & feel like home

You are invited to a special time to gather without judgment, where we can share, AS WE ARE 💜 (Yes, we want you to feel like you can come over here comfortable, practically in your pyjama ! 😂) . Bring a journal, your favourite blanket (there are some in the studio you can use but you might want to bring yours for extra cosyness!) and an open heart.
