It's one of the simplest habit approaches out there: make the hard thing easier by doing it near other people.
You bring whatever's on your list: the emails, the invoicing, the thing you've been staring at for a week, the creative project that won't start without a little momentum. I'll be there too, working on mine.
How it works
☕ First 10 minutes: check in. Introduce yourself, what you're tackling, and one thing you'd like to get done by the end.
💻 Work block: focused working time. Cameras on or off, your choice. Quiet background, and the comforting knowledge that other people are also doing their annoying tasks. We check-in after 45 minutes
👋 Last 10 minutes: check out. What did you get done? What surprised you? What's carrying over to next time?
Why it works
Having other people around while you work makes it easier to start. Researchers call it body doubling. You might call it "I cleaned the whole house because my friend was visiting." Same principle, applied to your to-do list.
