MIND GAMES [LEVEL II] ♡♠ Dare to play?
Salt Lake City Main Library, 210 East 400 SouthSalt Lake City, UT 84111, Salt Lake City, UT, USPlease make sure you have attended at least one [LEVEL I] Game Night before RSVPing for this [LEVEL II] session.
Tired of playing the same old games?
Many people are seeking more closeness in their relationships, yet find themselves habitually creating distance without fully knowing how or why. That’s why my daughter and I are excited to be sharing a new process of relating that we originally discovered over years of connecting with each other on deeper and deeper levels.
Have you ever felt fully present with another person where you were seeing them for who they truly are with unconditional love? What if all your interactions and relationships could feel like that?
Your struggles feel very real but are they true?
Mind Games is a new way to bring truth to the surface in order to access real connection instead of habitual patterns and scripts. It will likely open your eyes to some of the stories you've been telling and why you haven't been getting the results you desire most.
What's Happening
Every session is different, but in general we start off playing a real game and notice the inner game as it unfolds. We will be playing and relating in a way that can feel energizing, confusing, hilarious, confronting, and rather incredible.
The Only Way to Know The Game is to Play It
Mind Games is intuitive and arises organically through group participation. It’s an evolving process of letting go of things you thought you knew in order to see something new. Each person will have their own unique experience and many will leave with valuable new insights about themselves and how they relate to others.
Mind Games is definitely not for everyone but some of us are loving it and keep coming back for more.
Jane Had This to Say
"I had a great time last night. I enjoyed the interactions, negotiations and creative chaos. I had many insights and stretched my comfort zone. I especially got to sit with a very old pattern where I go silent during big problem solving times - when I could contribute ideas… but feel like I can’t make a difference so I better “buckle down” until everyone else figures it out. (My Story) I see that I have many other options and really enjoyed the whole night."
Ready for a reality shift?
We don't play Mind Games to fix ourselves. We play because it is genuinely fun and keeps opening our minds in new and unexpected ways.
Can’t wait to play!

•OnlineDIVINELY NOURISHED ⟡ Health & Happiness
OnlineWaking Up to Lasting Change
This is an ongoing group for those discovering higher levels of awareness yet still find themselves facing physical, emotional, or mental health concerns that have not fully resolved.
If you are looking beyond magic pills, fad diets, complex strategies, and will power in order to experience a deeper state of health, peace, and possibility, you are in the right place.
I’m Lara Wilde, a transformational coach, a GAPS diet coach, and an Alexander Technique teacher recovering from a lifelong chronic illness that nearly took my life 12 years ago. It took me years to discover that my determination to heal myself was the same mindset that had created my illness in the first place. Health and happiness can be so much easier than we think. That is why I am so excited to share these simple truths with you.
Together we will explore embodied awakening on all levels of consciousness: physical, emotional, psychological, intuitive, and beyond.
Just about everyone knows diet, movement, lifestyle, and connection are important to health and wellness, and this group is about putting it all into practice.
Awareness in Activity, Reverence in Routine
Healing and peace arise naturally through awareness and presence, not from diets, diagnosis and prescriptions.
A spiritual practice is simply taking a moment to remember yourself, again and again, day after day. Meeting each moment with awareness and wonder is the key to a life that feels genuinely meaningful.
We will be exploring powerful yet gentle practices that help you:
- Nourish your body in a way that can reduce inflammation, stabilize energy, and support real healing
- Develop greater clarity, presence, and calm in daily life
- Experience less stress and tension and more freedom in how you move, think, and act
- Build a more trusting relationship with your body and its signals
- Integrate awareness into everyday living so health and peace arise naturally
This Is For Those:
⊕ Wanting practical support to integrate healthy principles into daily life
⊕ Willing to look honestly at themselves without judgment
⊕ Ready to question familiar habits and assumptions
⊕ Asking deeper questions
This Might Not Be For Those:
⊝ Looking for a quick fix
⊝ Wanting a prescribed diet and exercise program
⊝ Uncomfortable with group reflection

•OnlineTransformational Community Conversations ⟡ Rebuilding Social Structures
OnlineSo many people I talk to are craving intentional community right now. Many are researching or even living in established communities but haven't yet found the right fit.
Twenty years ago we bought 21 acres of farmland in a rural community to build our dream life with our young family. We homeschooled and raised animals, but doing everything ourselves wasn't sustainable and after 8 years we had to give up the farm.
Now my grown children and I all live in the city, yet we haven't given up the dream of being part of a healthy, innovative, supportive community.
I'm excited to start having conversations with others who share a similar vision.
For our first meetup, we will read and discuss an article from The Meta Project titled On the Necessity of Rebuilding Social Structure. The article explores how modern social structures have eroded, why that loss is so costly, and practical considerations for rebuilding community in grounded, sustainable ways.
"While the plethora of problems besetting our modern world is fairly well understood, there is little discussion of the source of these problems, let alone actionable solutions for solving them. There are many who would point to corrupt politicians, greedy merchants, or self obsessed social activists, but the simple fact that people like this are allowed to operate is cause for reflection. How did society become so weak that evil like this has been allowed to thrive?"
Optional preparation:
Read the article - On The Necessity of Rebuilding Social Structure
Listen to a podcast about the article - A New Counter Culture: A Guide to Rebuilding Civilization
We will be exploring questions such as:- What have we lost?
- What actually makes social structures work over time?
- How do we rebuild without becoming overly ideological, exclusive, or overambitious?
- What does starting small and local really look like?
Who this is for:
- Those exploring intentional community, cooperative living, homesteading, or village style life
- Systems thinkers who enjoy seeing how everything is connected
- People open to differences in values and perspective
This is simply a discussion group to share ideas and resources. If this topic has been on your mind, we would love to have you join us and add your perspective. We'll see where the conversation takes us!
***Note: This conversation will be recorded and shared with our community. ***
