This workshop will show you how to bring ease and joy back into every step.

Walking Way is for walkers, hikers and anyone who wants to enjoy moving for years to come.

Led by internationally renowned Alexander Technique teacher Bruce Fertman, this immersive workshop will gently shift your relationship with one of the most fundamental movements of your life: walking.

We will be exploring how to move with intelligence, sensitivity, and grounded support so that walking becomes something that nourishes you, instead of wearing you down.

This is a paid workshop with 2 days of classes and gentle hikes for all walking abilities.

Bruce, author and international Alexander Technique teacher, brings over 50 years of experience. His gentle, poetic approach helps people of all ages and ability rediscover ease in movement.

This is a rare chance to study in person with Bruce as he teaches in Utah for the first time.
