Do you tend to feel awkward when you're put on the spot?

This is a group activity for local entrepreneurs and practitioners who are beginning to build their presence online.

We are going to practice feeling more comfortable in front of the camera and talking about our business.

Led by Lara Wilde, a transformational coach and Alexander Technique teacher who helps people move through the world with wonder and grace.

Together we’ll:
• Write a simple 5-part conversation to get clear on what you do and who you work with
• Practice dialoging in a supportive breakout group
• Learn easy phone photography tips and presence-based modeling techniques
• Take photos of each other to use on social media

You’ll walk away with a clearer way to talk about your work and a few authentic images to help you attract the right opportunities in your business.

What to Bring

• Your phone with camera (fully charged)
• A notebook and pen (or your phone) for the writing exercise
• A simple idea of what you’d like to share about your work (don’t overthink it. We’ll refine it together)
• Clothes you feel good in (something that feels like “you” and you’d be happy being photographed in)
• Optional: a second layer or accessory (jacket, scarf, etc.) if you’d like some variety in your photos
• A willingness to play, practice, and support others
