Are Your Path and Purpose Aligned? Hike to Fifth Water Hot Springs

Details
Join us for a morning hike to Fifth Water (Diamond Fork) Hot Springs, a 4.6 mile round trip with 636 feet of elevation gain through beautiful canyon terrain, past grazing cows, with a soothing mineral soak at the top.
Along the way, we’ll explore a powerful question: Is your path aligned with your goals?
Most of us have a sense of where we want to go in life, but our habits and choices often tell a different story. What’s getting in the way? Where are you compromising? And what would it take to realign?
This is a chance to reflect, share goals, and support each other. Come ready for real conversation, connection, and new insight.
I’ll also be sharing how the Alexander Technique can make hiking (and moving through life) feel aligned and easy.
Come see what happens when your mind and body are aligned!
This is a very popular hike, so it’s nice to skip the weekend crowds.
Parking is $10 at the trailhead. We’ll be meeting at Mill Creek Station to carpool. If you’re coming from further south, let me know. we may be able to meet you along the way.
Bring:
Plenty of water with electrolytes (hot soaking is dehydrating), food, towel, swimsuit, dry clothes, hat, and anything you need for a comfortable soak. A large garbage bag is helpful to keep your backpack dry in the steam and to carry wet clothes on the way back.
Note: This is a moderate hike and not ideal for those with mobility limitations.
