Waking Up to Lasting Change
This is an ongoing group for those discovering higher levels of awareness yet still find themselves facing physical, emotional, or mental health concerns that have not fully resolved.

If you are looking beyond magic pills, fad diets, complex strategies, and will power in order to experience a deeper state of health, happiness, peace, and possibility, you are in the right place.

I’m Lara Wilde, a transformational coach, a GAPS diet coach, and an Alexander Technique teacher recovering from a lifelong chronic illness that developed into a health crisis twelve years ago. I was determined to find the perfect diet or protocol that would give me my life back until I finally discovered that my determination to heal myself was the same mindset that had led to my health crisis in the first place.

Awareness in Action, Reverence in Routine
We have an idea that healthy foods, movement, mindset, connection, and lifestyle are essential to our wellness but sorting through the conflicting messages we're hearing and then putting it into practice can feel confusing or even impossible.

Health and happiness can be so much easier than we think. That is why I am excited to share simple practices that support real healing on all levels of consciousness: physical, emotional, psychological, intuitive, and beyond.

Life Is a Spiritual Practice
Healing and peace arise naturally through mindful presence, not from diagnosis, diets, prescriptions and pressure.

A spiritual practice is simply taking a moment to remember yourself, again and again, day after day.

Meeting each moment with wonder is the secret to a life that feels genuinely meaningful.

We will be exploring powerful yet gentle practices that will help you:

  • Nourish your body in a way that supports real healing and sustainable energy
  • Develop greater clarity, presence, and calm in daily life
  • Experience less tension and more freedom in how you move, think, and act
  • Listen to your body and what it's trying to tell you
  • Integrate mindfulness into everyday living so health and peace arise naturally
