Summit Strong: Breather Better. Hike Stronger.
Details
As hikers, we spend a lot of time training our legs and very little time training the thing that influences how we use them.
Whether you're pushing toward a summit, navigating exposure on a Class 3 route, managing pre-hike nerves or simply looking to how to perform better on the trail, learning to use your breath intentionally can be a game changer.
Join us for an experiential workshop where you'll learn practical breathing techniques you can use on and off the mountain, followed by a guided breathwork journey designed to help you release stress, improve mental clarity and reconnect with yourself.
You'll learn:
-How to safely increase your tolerance of CO2 & why it's important
-What happens in your muscles while you're breathing with exertion
-How to properly breathe while climbing at altitude
-Experience a group breathwork session & practice in real time!
No experience is necessary. Simply come with an open mind, comfortable clothing, and a yoga mat or blanket if you have one.
Cost: $20
When: July 16th, 2026
