Wild Mamas

After 4 wonderful years together, we are in our final chapter as a formal club. Membership dues have been waived and we will continue on Meetup until April 2027. Afterwards, we will move to Facebook and meet less frequently. This group has brought me so much joy and friendship, but with my girls growing and in school we no longer have the ability to meet as often.

Being a mama can be wild, but some of the best medicine is good friends and sunshine! Wild Mamas is a small mommy & me hiking club in Colorado Springs with toddler to elementary aged kids in mind and is all about getting outdoors in this beautiful city. Our "private" group of committed members is what makes us special and unique from other mommy hiking groups. Maxing out at 50 members allows us to foster close friendships and always know the families we are meeting up with. 2-4 monthly events typically happen on weekdays and rotate between stroller walks, 1-4 mile adult paced hikes (good for baby wearing), child-led hikes, & kid friendly brunch/coffee dates.

*Please note that while the trail guides may be CPR/First Aid trained, Wild Mamas is still just a hike at your own risk community of moms.
