Hi, I’m Tina, a certified women’s health coach passionate about healthy living, spending time in nature, and exploring new places.
I created this group for women who are looking for more than just a walk. For women who crave meaningful connection, a slower pace, and moments of presence in their busy lives.
Whether you are navigating stress, seeking inner balance, or simply want to spend more time outdoors with other women, you will find a warm and welcoming space here.

What You Can Expect:

  • Mindful walks in nature-rich locations
  • Gentle reflection and grounding practices
  • Soul-nourishing picnics
  • A safe space to share, connect, and grow with others
  • Occasional special events like mini-retreats, wellness circles, and seasonal rituals

🌸 Who This Group is For:
This group is for women of all backgrounds who are interested in mindful movement, inner wellness, and authentic connection. You don’t need to be super fit or experienced in mindfulness — just open to slowing down and showing up as you are.

🌿 Why Join?
Because your well-being matters.
Because nature heals.
And because we all need space to breathe, be seen, and belong.

I can’t wait to walk alongside you!

Walk Wild - Bluebells, Hills & Women's Health

Walk Wild - Bluebells, Hills & Women's Health

Guildford Station, Station Approach, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4UT, GB

This April, I'm inviting you to step into the woods.

Join us for a morning hike through Chantry Woods in the Surrey Hills, one of the most magical places to be in spring, when the forest floor transforms into a carpet of bluebells as far as the eye can see.

This is a day designed to help you move, breathe deeply, enjoy the beauty of nature in spring, and reconnect with your body and other like-minded women in the most beautiful natural setting.

Our theme for this walk is Move With Your Cycle, exploring how our energy, strength and recovery needs shift across the month as women, and how moving with our hormonal rhythm rather than against it can change everything. Because most fitness advice was never designed with female physiology in mind. And it's time we changed that.

About Me
I'm Tina, a women's health coach and researcher, currently studying nutrition and functional medicine.

I'm deeply passionate about women's holistic health. I believe that the foundations of a healthy, vibrant life are simpler than we're often told. Movement in nature. Real, nourishing food. Meaningful connections. These aren't extras, they're the essentials. And they're at the heart of everything I do with Wild Violets.

My approach is inspired by the wisdom of the Blue Zones — the places in the world where people live the longest, healthiest lives — where movement is woven into daily life, food is seasonal and shared, and community is everything.

I created Wild Violets to bring that to life through walks in nature, honest conversations, and a community of women who support each other in living well.
