Hi, I’m Tina, a certified women’s health coach and Loredana, a yoga and meditation instructor. We're both passionate hikers and we created this group for women who are looking for more than just a walk: women who crave meaningful connection, a slower pace, and moments of presence in their busy lives.
Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking inner balance, or simply want to spend more time in nature with other women, you’ll find a warm and welcoming space here.

OnlineTry new healthy recipes, learn easy nutrition tips, and have fun cooking together! A relaxed, creative online workshop where we co-create and cook quick, nourishing meals as a community.
Join our Healthy Cooking Get-Together — a fun, interactive online session to inspire your kitchen creativity and build healthier habits!
You’ll:
- Try new, quick, seasonal recipes you can use afterwards
- Learn practical tips for balanced eating (protein, fibre, healthy fats)
- Get creative and connect with other women in a supportive spaceHere’s how it works:
1️⃣ Each participant submits one healthy main dish and dessert idea (max 30 minutes to make).
2️⃣ We collect and vote for our favourites.
3️⃣ We’ll cook the top recipes live together — cameras on, sharing tips and good vibes.
4️⃣ Afterwards, we’ll enjoy our meals virtually and celebrate!💬 Once you RSVP, you’ll be invited to a private WhatsApp group to share your recipes and prepare for the workshop.
