International Women’s Day Mindful Walk in Bushy Park
Details
Ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and celebrate yourself alongside other inspiring women?
Join me for a gentle, nourishing walk through the natural beauty of Bushy Park to mark International Women’s Day. In early spring, the park comes alive with carpets of daffodils, fresh green shoots, and the chance to spot the resident deer roaming freely across the parkland.
Consider this a half-day retreat designed to help you relax, reconnect, and celebrate the power of women in a supportive, uplifting space.
