Join us for a peaceful winter hike through Painshill Park, where delicate snowdrops carpet the landscaped grounds and mark the quiet transition from winter to spring.
Expect soft winter light, crisp fresh air, and gentle paths through rolling parkland, woodland, and lakeside scenery. This is a space to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy meaningful time with other women.
We will walk at a steady, relaxed pace, with moments to pause, breathe, and take in the quiet beauty of the season.
This hike is not about speed or distance. It is about slowing down, grounding yourself, and creating space before the busy spring season begins.

## From you host

Hi, I’m Tina. I’m a women’s health coach and nature lover. Being in nature helps me slow down, feel calmer, and feel more connected to myself, and I wanted to share that with other like-minded women. These walks are a space to connect, breathe, and build beautiful, genuine friendships.
