Nature Walk - Reigate Heath & Colley Hill
Details
I'm inviting you to join us for a beautiful day out in the Surrey Hills, a hike that takes you from the historic windmill on Reigate Heath all the way up to the sweeping views from Colley Hill, with ancient woodland, open downland and the North Downs Way along the way.
This is a walk designed to clear our head and remind us what our body is capable of.
As always, we walk together, stop to breathe, share a picnic, and make space for the kind of honest, nourishing conversation that only really happens when you're moving through nature with like-minded women.

About Me
I'm Tina, a women's health coach and researcher, currently studying nutrition and functional medicine.
I'm deeply passionate about women's holistic health, and I believe that the foundations of a healthy, vibrant life are simpler than we're often told. Movement in nature. Real, nourishing food. Meaningful connections. These aren't extras — they're the essentials.
This is why I created Wild Violets to bring that to life, through walks in nature, honest conversations, and a community of women who support each other in living well.
