What we’re about
Hosted by Big Al Hall, The Port City Slow Jam brings together acoustic musicians of all levels to play Old Time, Bluegrass and Americana music. It offers a supportive, no-pressure learning experience for those new to jams. For seasoned players, it’s a time to practice skills or try out new songs. Players must be 18 + yrs old, since we meet in a bar.
