Wim Hof Breathwork & Ocean Plunge

When you take a cold plunge, your breathing rate can increase to around 2x the normal breathing rate. With specific breathing techniques, you can control your breath and build up a tolerance to extreme temperatures. It is surprising the incredible achievements you can accomplish when you develop this command over your body, breath, and mind.

Cold plunges benefit the entire system. It can improve circulation, reduce muscle and joint inflammation, reduce pain, and can improve energy, mood, and memory.
