Our next South Bay meetup is set for this Saturday, May 3rd at 4:30 - 6:30PM.
To help keep the vibe intimate and allow space for every woman to shine, I’ll be capping this event at 8 guests max. This format allows us to go deeper, spotlight each member, and foster the kind of connection that sets our group apart.

Due to the BeachLife Festival in Redondo Beach this weekend, we’re moving our meetup to a truly special spot: Love.Life in El Segundo – my new holistic gym and wellness sanctuary!

Meeting Spot: The café inside Love.Life
We’ll begin by gathering in the café to enjoy a meal, coffee, or tea together while engaging in meaningful conversation and connection. Afterward, you’re welcome to stay and unwind with full access to the incredible facilities — including state-of-the-art gym equipment, infrared and traditional saunas, steam rooms, and a peaceful meditation room.
Think of it as a mini wellness retreat — the perfect self-love day.
Wear what feels good to you!
You're welcome to wear workout clothes or simply come in whatever makes you feel beautiful and comfortable (but don’t forget a change of clothes if you plan to enjoy the facilities).
What to Bring:
- Gym wear and athletic shoes
- Swimsuit
- Slippers or sandals
- Water bottle (Towels are provided)
