Rondo in Winchester Va.
Intention of this group is to be a gradual transition into higher heart rate… beginning with “chill” stretches and eventually 15-25 minutes of rondo.

  • Rondo is basically like monkey in the middle with number of players typically between 3-8.
  1. Stretching first (10 min)
  2. Then, passing and conversation to get to know other players(15-25min)
  3. Then finally some time for rondo(15-25 min)

During conversation, some questions such as “what your favorite color is?” and “how you got into soccer” will be asked.

Will need at least 2 people to rsvp or else cancel… because need at least three players(including myself) to play rondo.
