Jim Barnett Park Two Mile Run

Park at the Winchester Recreation Center at 1001 War Memorial Dr, Winchester, VA 22601.

We will do 10 minutes - ish of stretching, then go on a jog/slow run pace run around Jim Barnett Park for 2 miles. I will use an app on my phone to track running distance as we run.

I will also bring a Frisbee and a foam paper airplane to toss around for anyone who wants to stay after the main run and socialize more.
