ABOUT THIS VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

Do you enjoy your job and want to be even more effective?

Or maybe you’re burned out and wondering what’s next?

IN THE WORDS OF OUR SPEAKER, MANDY KUBICEK:
A couple years ago, I left my software career to create the work life I really wanted. Now, I get to help my high-achieving clients love their work. The steps I’ll teach you are the same steps we use to make career changes (big and small) so you can truly love your work.

Here’s what you’ll learn/create:

A radically different approach to career design, one that’s more effective and way more fun than what you’re used to. (Invite your Head of HR!)

Your unique 3-5 word definition of career success. If you want to do meaningful work, this is where to start.

Easy action steps to get more of what you want in your current workplace. (Whether you want to stay put, or you’re ready for a major change, this is for you.)

The root cause of your change resistance so you can get out of your own way. (Momentum is a common side effect. Past participants thank me for “forcing a tough conversation with myself.” You’ve been warned!)

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Mandy Kubicek is a Life Coach who helps high-achievers love their work. Before training with Martha Beck (aka Oprah’s life coach), Mandy spent 12 years building software products at companies like Boeing and Flywheel.

Known for her insightful questions (and giant salads), Mandy has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, a BS from the Raikes School at University of NE–Lincoln, and is a lifelong learner.

OUR GENEROUS SPONSOR
