VINTAGE 2010: Studying 8+ Classical Wines From 1 Legendary Harvest Season

THEME: Sommelier-Guided Tasting Dinner featuring a deep-dive study of the 2010 vintage, with 8+ wines from all important countries around the world. This vintage is now ready to drink and shows the best overall quality of the last 20 years. We will Grand Cru Bordeaux, top Barbaresco, Rioja Gran Reserva. Malbec, Merlot, Pinot etc ... all just at the right age, from 2010.

RUN OF SHOW:
6:00pm start with comparative wine tasting, with food courses arriving time after time. Contrasting 2-3 wines at a time throughout the evening and discussing their backgrounds. Concluding by 8:30pm.
