Hi guys! It's been awhile. You’re warmly invited to an exclusve Language & Cultural Exchange meetup in one of New York City’s most iconic neighborhoods-the historic Flatiron District.
This gathering is open to NYC-based professionals as well as international visitors who want to connect through language, culture, and meaningful conversation. Whether you’re looking to practice a new language, share your own culture, or simply meet people from around the world, this meetup offers a relaxed and welcoming environment to do so.
In order to promote a safe, effective, insightful, and professional atmosphere that fosters genuine personal connections, this meetup will take place in a beautiful meeting room within an ID-secured building located in the Flatiron District. The exact address will be shared only with participants who have signed up and completed payment for the event. Please note that refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the event date.
Guests will be treated to a curated selection of authentic Korean, French, Russian, and classic New York City snacks and food, along with a glass of wine.
To help create a meaningful exchange experience, please let us know the language(s) you are fluent in, as well as the language(s) you are interested in learning-or if you are open to any opportunity to learn a new and popular language and culture these days, such as Korean.
This meetup is ideal for professionals and students ages 18 through 48 who are seeking meaningful connections in New York City while also exploring the local area. All language levels are welcome, and curiosity is the only requirement. There is possibly a speaker who is a local NYC professional, multilingual, and who began learning Korean one year ago. He will share his experience and discuss how being a multilingual professional has reshaped both his professional and personal life in New York City.
Come expand your global network, exchange perspectives, and experience NYC through a truly international lens.
We look forward to seeing you there.
Warmly,
Angie.
