Wine-Tasting & Dinner at Coopers Hawk Restaurant Gardens Mal

The Public Wine Tasting Bar inside the Mall is a friendly place to gather and chat as we taste Coopers Hawk Winery craft wines. We love the fun of tasting and exchanging notes. As different in our palettes as our lovely winter women’s personalities, this is an event that has us laughing and dining in delicious reasonably priced dinners. We love the $12 tasting of 8 selections of wine followed by a scrumptious Outdoor Dinner Event!
Let’s meet up promptly at 5:00PM at the Coopers Hawk Wine Tasting & Retail Room in the Gardens Mall. Delightful wines - rich in flavor and reasonably priced by the bottle to take home. A cute little shop with all things wine for gifts as well as rich, yummy chocolate truffles. Big and beautiful too! Maybe pick up a hostess gift or Holiday present for that special friend or daughter who loves wine and chocolates.
We begin our evening Wine Tasting at 5:00pm. Meet at the Tasting room to sample a variety of wines with up to eight tasting pours. (The Luxe tasting includes selections of their higher-end wines at $16.)

Coopers Hawk has several wine tasting stations for at the Tasting Room bar. It is first come first served so maybe get there a teensy early to get a spot.
Dinner has been reserved for outdoors so we’ll be seated be at a tables for 6. Maybe bring a wrap or sweater in case it gets cooler after sunset.
Afterwards, we head outside to our two dining tables at 6:00pm to enjoy a delicious meal. I just love the ambiance of their Italian-style covered patio with fountains nearby as the light descends into evening - if it’s very stormy or cold, I will ask we be seated indoors.
I’ll double check headcount and close RSVPs at noon on day of the event. When you arrive, our reservation for dinner will be under the name Jeanette Nelson & Winter Women. Bring a light jacket or sweater as you never know the temp indoors or outside in season.
As always, please be mindful of your RSVP. Failure to change your RSVP before noon or failure to show up result and you being marked as a no-show and future RSVPs two events that I host will be removed. Please be respectful of the venues that agree to host us and arrange their staffing and food supplies based on the integrity of our reservations. If you are put on a waitlist and your name clears on the day of the event you were still expected to attend. So if you decide that you’re still on the waitlist and can no longer go please remove your name.
