WIP Society is for people who are still genuinely becoming.
We meet monthly in Melbourne - a small, curated group of eight, gathered around a single question that no one is expected to have solved. No agenda. No hierarchy. No performance of certainty. Just people willing to think out loud in a room where that is genuinely safe.
The name says it. Work in Progress. Unfinished - a description of how we intend to stay.
We are selective, not exclusive. Membership involves a short application. What we are looking for is not credentials or achievement, but intellectual humility, real curiosity, and the rare capacity to be changed by a conversation.
