Hello and Welcome to our Fall Gathering:
The Paradox of Autumn

During the fall season, we are called to remember that autumn is a season of both/and...

"…A season of exhilarating beauty and steady decline...The days become shorter and colder, the trees shed their glory, and summer’s abundance starts to decay toward winter’s death..” -Parker Palmer

During this free seasonal journaling workshop (on Zoom) we’ll dive into journaling practices that help us savor this season of opposites. We'll also take into account the paradox that resides in Scorpio's new moon, which begins on November 1st.

We’ll find inspiration in the words of Parker Palmer, Pat Schneider, and others.

And we’ll consider the possibility that even small experiences of honoring the both/and of life open us up to our deeper wisdom.

I would absolutely love to share this journaling time with you.

Wise Women Writing to Replenish & Renew...Fall Journaling on Zoom

  • The Paradox of Autumn
  • Saturday, 11/2/24
  • 10am to 11:30am PDT on Zoom
  • Recording provided afterwards if you can't attend in person

Please know there’s never any pressure in this women's journaling circle.

If it works for you to join us in person, wonderful. If not, no worries...as long as you sign up you'll still get the zoom recording, writing prompts, and workshop handout.

And if you do join the gathering, you can do whatever feels right: leave your camera on or off, talk or not, write to the prompts or write what you need to.

What I most want is for you to feel comfortable and welcome…always.

One more thing, which I never tire of saying: journaling is like paradise for your mental health.

So if you need a little nudge to join me, remember that journaling...

  • has the capacity to heal and increase well-being
  • helps your brain lay down new neural pathways
  • revives your imagination and creative wisdom
  • awakens your sensing and savoring muscles

P.S. I know you'll also feel supported by the wisdom and generosity of the wonderful women who show up for these workshops.

Hope to see you on Saturday November 2nd…and please get in touch if you have any questions.

P.S.S. Please include your email when you sign up on Meetup so you can get the private Zoom link. Or you can sign up directly here:
