YOU MAY BE WONDERING...WHAT EXACTLY IS REFLECTIVE WRITING AND SOULFUL JOURNALING?
Simply put, it's personal writing that you do for yourself, not necessarily to achieve a certain outcome or publication. It focuses on the transformative process of writing. However, we often discover that this kind of writing leads to other kinds of writing, such as poetry, articles, books and blog posts.

Disclaimer: Wise Women Writing to Replenish and Renew is not a therapy group
Although I'm a licensed psychotherapist, and reflective writing/soulful journaling can be healing and therapeutic, Wise Women Writing is not a therapy group. If you have any questions about whether it meets your needs, please contact me.

Hello and Welcome to our October Gathering: Journaling as a Path to our Inner Wise Women.

In early fall, we notice the landscapes shifting around us…
    🌵late-blooming flora in the desert
🦌herds gathering on the golden prairies
🌲the sun’s rays reaching into the forest
🏔️first dusting of snow on the mountains
🌊stunning blue skies on windy beach days

Somewhere within us, we have an elemental understanding that we are made of these same landscapes.

In this workshop we’ll explore that innate connection, how it supports savoring, self-care, and self-love…and why our brains are longing for it right now. So come sit with me!

Wise Women Writing to Replenish Renew...

    • Savoring the Road Ahead
    • Saturday, 10/10/26
    • 10:30am to 11:45am PDT on Zoom
    • Recording provided afterwards if you can't attend in person

Please know there’s never any pressure in this women's journaling circle.

If it works for you to join us in person, wonderful. If not, no worries…as long as you sign up you'll still get the zoom recording, writing prompts, and workshop handout.

And if you do join the gathering, you can do whatever feels right: leave your camera on or off, talk or not, write to the prompts or write what you need to.

What I most want is for you to feel comfortable and welcome…always.

One more thing, which I never tire of saying: journaling is like magic for your mental health.

So if you need a little nudge to join me, remember that journaling...

    • has the capacity to heal and increase well-being
    • helps your brain lay down new neural pathways
    • revives your imagination and creative wisdom
    • awakens your sensing and savoring muscles

P.S. I know you'll also feel supported by the wisdom and generosity of the wonderful women who show up for these workshops.

Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday October 10th…and please get in touch if you have any questions.

P.S.S. Please include your email when you sign up on Meetup so you can get the private Zoom link. Or you can sign up directly here:
