Hello and Welcome to our January Gathering: Journaling with the Full Snow Moon in Virgo + Celebrating Imbolc.
Let's gather together to clear internal ground and use that energy to carry us forward to the promise of spring awakening.
I am the dream of awakening.
I am the returning of the light.
I am the tough green shoot pushing up through the pavestones,
I am the first kiss of sunlight on the unfurling petals of the snowdrop.
I am the wind which whispers the gentle pull of home to the migratory bird.
-Caroline Mellor
During this free seasonal journaling workshop (on Zoom) we’ll dive into journaling practices that help us feel more hopeful, glimpse what is unrealized within us, and release physical and spiritual clutter in order to savor the halfway point between winter solstice and spring equinox.
We’ll also find journaling inspiration in the poetry of Mary Oliver and David Whyte.
I would absolutely love to share this journaling time with you!
Wise Women Writing to Replenish & Renew...Winter Journaling on Zoom
- Snow Moon/Imbolc Free Journaling Workshop
- Saturday, 1/31/26
- 10:30am to 11:45am PDT on Zoom
- Recording provided afterwards if you can't attend in person
Please know there’s never any pressure in this women's journaling circle.
If it works for you to join us in person, wonderful. If not, no worries...as long as you sign up you'll still get the zoom recording, writing prompts, and workshop handout.
And if you do join the gathering, you can do whatever feels right: leave your camera on or off, talk or not, write to the prompts or write what you need to.
What I most want is for you to feel comfortable and welcome…always.
One more thing, which I never tire of saying: journaling is like magic for your mental health.
So if you need a little nudge to join me, remember that journaling...
- has the capacity to heal and increase well-being
- helps your brain lay down new neural pathways
- revives your imagination and creative wisdom
- awakens your sensing and savoring muscles
P.S. I know you'll also feel supported by the wisdom and generosity of the wonderful women who show up for these workshops.
Hope to see you on Saturday January 31st…and please get in touch if you have any questions.
