Hello and Welcome to our May Gathering: Journaling with the Full Flower Moon in Scorpio + Celebrating the Celtic Festival of Beltane.
Maybe you’re feeling the pull of both light and shadow these days?
🔥The urge to shine bright—mixed with the need to retreat into the quiet, intimate dark.
Leaning into the light, and sitting with your shadows—they have stories to tell, too.🌫️
If so, it makes so much sense.
Because—on May 1 the full moon not only ushers in a sunny season of flowers and abundant Scorpio energy (emotional release, hidden truths, the shadow self), but also intersects with the Celtic festival Beltane (pleasure, fertility, growth, bright fire).
🌗It’s a powerful opportunity to bridge gentle shadow work with the flow of creative rebirth.
We’ll also find journaling inspiration in the poetry of Christine Valters Paintner and others.
I would absolutely love to share this journaling time with you!
Wise Women Writing to Replenish Renew...
Spring Journaling on Zoom
- Flower Moon/Beltane Free Journaling Workshop
- Saturday, 5/2/26
- 10:30am to 11:45am PDT on Zoom
- Recording provided afterwards if you can't attend in person
Please know there’s never any pressure in this women's journaling circle.
If it works for you to join us in person, wonderful. If not, no worries…as long as you sign up you'll still get the zoom recording, writing prompts, and workshop handout.
And if you do join the gathering, you can do whatever feels right: leave your camera on or off, talk or not, write to the prompts or write what you need to.
What I most want is for you to feel comfortable and welcome…always.
One more thing, which I never tire of saying: journaling is like magic for your mental health.
So if you need a little nudge to join me, remember that journaling...
- has the capacity to heal and increase well-being
- helps your brain lay down new neural pathways
- revives your imagination and creative wisdom
- awakens your sensing and savoring muscles
P.S. I know you'll also feel supported by the wisdom and generosity of the wonderful women who show up for these workshops.
Hope to see you on Saturday May 2nd…and please get in touch if you have any questions.
