We all have it-the darkness we cannot shake. The parts of
ourselves we want to run from. The exhaustion it takes to keep
hiding this from a world that tells us we are not good enough,
Swiss Psychiatrist Carl Jung believed that in order to be self
actualized, we need to integrate this aspect of ourselves, not
fear it. Shame and self loathing don't work. So how do we do
this? With patience, bravery, and radical self love.
