My name is Irina and I'm so excited to welcome you here!
Meditation and other mindful practices like yoga, journaling, breathwork, etc., have absolutely transformed my way of thinking and living. I've been a dedicated student for many years and would love to share these practices with you so that we can evolve together.
As a community centered around wellness, together we will *virtually* dive into different types of meditation, yoga, journaling, breathwork and more!
Self-exploration through mindfulness allows you to reconnect with your heart, heal old traumas, create new ways of thinking, and learn how to better take care of yourself.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or feel called to try meditation for the first time, you are most definitely welcome to join.
