New year personal/career growth goals and peer coaching

January is often a time of new year resolutions, goals setting and planning, but it can be hard to do that by yourself!

Come join us for an evening with fellow localization professionals to create a vision board that will inspire and motivate you to achieve personal or professional growth. You will also learn and practice a very effective peer coaching method that will help you plan your journey: reflecting on where you are, where you want to go and the steps you need to take to get there.

Our guest speaker is Teresa Marshall, VP of Globalization and Localization at Salesforce. She will introduce us to the TGROW coaching method which we'll all get to practice in small groups.

The event is generously hosted by Survey Monkey in San Mateo and sponsored by High Tech Passport.

6:00 – 6:45 – Networking and option to create a vision board for a goal you want to achieve in 2020
6:45 – 7:00 – Introductions
7:00 – 7:15 – TGROW Peer coaching model presented by Teresa Marshall
7:15 – 8:15 – Coaching practice sessions in small groups
8:30 – Wrap up, group pictures and networking

The event parking lot is located at Station 5, located between our building and the Hillsdale Caltrain Station, and a short walk to our office.
