First Course 🥧 Shepherd’s Pie Tartlet A savory bite of tradition—tender lamb and vegetables tucked into a buttery crust. Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir – earthy and light, perfect with lamb.
Second Course 🥣 Leek & Potato Soup Creamy, soothing, and soul-warming—served with a touch of chive oil. Wine Pairing: Unoaked Chardonnay – crisp enough to balance the richness.
Third Course 🥗 Beet & Walnut Salad with Blue Cheese A vibrant plate of sweet, earthy beets, crunchy walnuts, and bold blue cheese. Wine Pairing: Dry Riesling – its acidity complements the cheese and beets beautifully.
Fourth Course 🥩 Beef Wellington with Whiskey Cream Sauce & Colcannon The showstopper—tender beef wrapped in pastry, served with buttery cabbage-potato mash. Wine Pairing: Bordeaux Blend or Syrah – bold enough to stand up to the richness.

### 🥪 Course 1: Appetizer
Pav Bhaji Sliders A gourmet twist on Mumbai's iconic street food. Soft, butter-toasted mini pav (buns) served with a rich, spiced mashed vegetable curry (bhaji), garnished with finely chopped red onions and a squeeze of fresh lime. Wine Pairing: Sparkling Rosé – Its crisp acidity and fruit-forward profile complement the spice and richness of the bhaji.
### 🍅 Course 2: Soup
Kolhapuri Tamatar Saar (Spiced Tomato Broth) A light yet intensely flavorful and aromatic tomato broth, subtly spiced with Kolhapuri goda masala, cumin, black pepper, and a touch of jaggery. Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir – A light-bodied red with earthy undertones that balances the sweet and spicy notes of the broth.
### 🥗 Course 3: Salad
Kachumber Salad with Pomegranate and Roasted Peanuts A crisp and refreshing salad featuring diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and green chili, elevated with pomegranate seeds and roasted peanuts. Dressed in lime juice and roasted cumin. Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc – Its citrusy brightness and herbal notes enhance the freshness of the salad.
### 🍛 Course 4: Main Course
Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) Tender chicken in a creamy, mildly spiced tomato-cashew-butter gravy. Masale Bhaat (Spiced Rice) Fragrant Maharashtrian rice infused with whole spices. Bharli Vangi (Stuffed Baby Eggplant) Eggplants filled with a groundnut and coconut-based masala.
