### Spoonfuls of Sunshine: A Mediterranean Soup Adventure
Join us for an exquisite evening of soups at my residence in Lakewood on Souper Tuesday, June 3, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This exclusive event is open to the first 18 ticket holders.
Please bring your own beverage to complement your meal. Whether you prefer soda, beer, wine, or a cocktail, the choice is yours. I will provide refreshing lemon water and cucumber mint tea for additional enjoyment.

### Course 1: Refreshing Chilled Soup- Name: Gazpacho Andaluz with Cucumber & Mint
- Description: A classic chilled Spanish soup featuring the robust flavors of ripe tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, garlic, and a touch of sherry vinegar, enhanced with fresh mint.
- Seasonal Highlight: Tomatoes, Cucumber, Mint
- Garnish: Diced cucumber, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a sprig of fresh mint.
- Wine Pairing: A crisp Sauvignon Blanc would complement the freshness of the gazpacho.
### Course 2: Light & Herbaceous Broth
- Name: Avgolemono with Summer Greens
- Description: A traditional Greek lemon-egg soup, refined for the season with the addition of finely chopped seasonal greens such as baby spinach or arugula. The tangy lemon and creamy egg offer a harmonious balance.
- Seasonal Highlight: Baby Spinach/Arugula, Lemon
- Garnish: Fresh dill sprig and a sprinkle of black pepper.

### Course 3: Hearty Vegetable & Grain Soup

🍑 Starter – Texas Peach & Burrata Salad Juicy Texas peaches, creamy burrata, toasted pecans, and fresh basil drizzled with balsamic glaze. 🍷 Wine Pairing Suggestion: A crisp Viognier with floral and stone fruit notes to complement the sweetness of the peaches.
🌽 Soup – Smoked Corn & Jalapeño Chowder Sweet summer corn, smoky bacon, and a hint of jalapeño in a rich, creamy broth. 🍷 Wine Pairing Suggestion: A bright Chenin Blanc with citrus and honey notes to balance the smoky spice.
🥩 Main – Mesquite-Grilled Texas Filet Mignon Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and smoked poblano butter. 🍷 Wine Pairing Suggestion: A bold Texas Tempranillo with deep berry and earthy undertones to enhance the smoky richness of the filet.
