We are delighted to invite you to an intimate culinary experience that pays homage to the rich, diverse flavors of American cuisine. This evening’s menu has been thoughtfully curated to showcase the essence of tradition, innovation, and seasonal bounty.
Each dish is paired with a suggested wine to enhance your dining experience. However, should you prefer an alternative, guests are welcome to bring a beverage of their choice. A selection of coffee, tea, and lemon water will be provided throughout the evening.

### Amuse-Bouche

Chef Gary W. Irvin II's Mini Crab Cakes with Old Bay Aioli A tantalizing bite to awaken your palate, showcasing the fresh flavors of the American coastline. Wine Pairing Suggestion: NV Brut Sparkling Wine (e.g., California Brut) – Its crisp acidity and effervescence beautifully complement the richness of the crab cakes and cleanse the palate.

### Soup

Sweet Corn Chowder with Applewood Smoked Bacon A creamy and comforting soup highlighting the sweetness of summer corn with a savory smoky finish. Wine Pairing Suggestion: 2023 Chardonnay (unoaked or lightly oaked, e.g., Washington State Chardonnay) – The bright fruit and subtle creaminess of a lightly oaked Chardonnay echo the corn while standing up to the bacon without overpowering the delicate flavors.

Heirloom Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Salad with Basil Vinaigrette A vibrant and refreshing salad celebrating the bounty of summer with ripe heirloom tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil.   • Dinner Night Ticket: If paying the night of the event, tickets are $49.95 per person.
  • RSVP Option: Prefer to hold your spot? You can RSVP to reserve your seat.

Important Reservation Policy:

  • Non-Attendance Fee: If you RSVP but do not attend, a $100.00 reservation absentee fee will apply, which must be paid before attending any future events.
  • Changes & Cancellations: You may adjust your RSVP up to 48 hours prior to the event. After this window, your reservation is locked to ensure fairness in seating availability.
