This event is BYOB, and we invite you to bring a bottle of wine to share with your tablemates! Each course has been paired with a suggested wine to enhance the flavors and textures of the evening’s offerings. Whether you bring a favorite varietal or explore something new, your contribution will help create a communal, celebratory atmosphere around the table.
We’ll also provide artisan coffee, fragrant teas, and refreshing lemon water to round out your experience.

Over nine exquisite courses, we’ll explore the harmony of taste (味), texture (食感), appearance (見た目), and color (色) that defines Kaiseki cuisine. Each dish is a seasonal reflection of nature’s beauty and the chef’s craft.
Here’s a glimpse of the menu and wine pairings to inspire your selection:
Sakizuke (先付) – Amuse-Bouche Seasonal Vegetable Terrine with Yuzu Vinaigrette Wine Pairing: Junmai Daiginjo Sake or Sauvignon Blanc
Hassun (八寸) – Seasonal Delicacies Grilled Mackerel & Edamame Puree with Ikura Wine Pairing: Grüner Veltliner or Pinot Noir
