Previously, she was the VP of Engineering at Foundry Digital and co-founded Upstate Interactive, a web3 consultancy. Since 2021, she has been an angel investor, backing early-stage companies across multiple industries. Vui Nguyen is a software engineer and technical leader with 20+ years experience, and recently pivoted Cloud Technologist. As a Women Techmakers Ambassador and former Leadership Fellow for Women Who Code, Vui is also helping to build a world that she wants to live in, one where women experience gender parity in tech. When her headâs not in the Clouds, Vui enjoys cuddling with her miniature schnoodle dog, knitting, and singing in her church choir.

Charissa Pilster, voted most likely to lead her team through a zombie apocalypse, is an empathetic and passionate leader who regularly guides her teams through transformative chaos. She is a DEIB advocate, and strategic innovator with 14 years of telecom and IT leadership experience. Her journey began in photography and entrepreneurship, which has shaped her innovative and strategic approach.
Recently Charissa started as the OSP Construction PMO Manager at Lightpath. She is also an active board member at the Griffith Centers, a non-profit that provides mental and behavioral health services to populations who have experienced trauma and hardships. She is regularly championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) as a volunteer and mentor in the community. Beyond her career, sheâs a devoted mom, a triathlete, foodie and wine lover who has explored 49 of the US states.
